Delivery estimates calculate business days from dispatch. Shipments to regional or remote destinations may take 1 to 2 additional business days.

• Standard shipping is free across Philippines on orders exceeding ₱2500; orders below that threshold cost ₱120.
• Packages arrive within 2 to 5 business days after leaving our facility.
• Place your order before 15:00 on a working day and we ship it that afternoon.
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the item remains unopened and in its original pack.
• Payment: bank transfer.

Orders submitted before 15:00 on regular working days depart our Davao facility that day. Submissions after this cut-off, on weekend dates, or during public holidays leave on the following business day. An order confirmation containing your reference number reaches your email immediately.

All powders, capsules, and nutritional items such as Torren Pure Whey Isolate and Torren Hydro Amino are packed in heavy-duty corrugated cartons lined with moisture-resistant thermal bubble barrier wrap. Every container features an induction-sealed tamper-evident inner neck membrane, child-resistant caps, and internal food-grade desiccant packets to guard against heat and humidity during transit.

Upon dispatch from our facility, an automated shipment confirmation is sent via email and SMS containing your direct tracking number and live parcel status link for real-time tracking across the Philippine delivery network.

If shipment tracking shows zero progress for 5 business days, email your order number to [email protected]. We file a search with the carrier and either dispatch a fresh package or issue a full refund, per your instruction, within 10 business days of your report.

Inspect the package immediately upon receipt from the courier. If exterior box crushing, container puncture, or seal compromise is visible, photograph the outer box, shipping label, and damaged contents within 48 hours of receipt. Send the photographs along with your order reference to customer care to arrange a priority replacement dispatch.

Payment options include Bank transfer. We will never contact you by phone or email to request card credentials or online banking logins.

We dispatch to designated regions. Shipping fees and delivery windows calculate directly at checkout prior to final payment. The recipient remains responsible for any local import duties.
