An order registers once you finish checkout. We acknowledge receipt by email, but the formal sales contract binds only upon package dispatch. We reserve the authority to reject orders if inventory is exhausted or order data fails validation, promptly refunding any collected funds.

We remain accountable for your order until the carrier delivers it to you or your designated recipient at your stated address. Risk of damage or loss shifts to you at that point. Record any visible shipping damage with the driver immediately and notify our team within 48 hours.

You can send items back within 30 days of arrival according to the terms on our Returns page. Products are guaranteed to arrive factory-sealed, unadulterated, and within acceptable shelf-life parameters under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). Statutory warranty coverage applies to physical defects in manufacturing packaging present prior to consumer delivery.

Torren Athletics Nutrition Inc. limits its cumulative financial liability to the total monetary amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question, or ₱5,000, whichever amount is lower. No statement in these terms restricts statutory liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The laws and court jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines. When an issue cannot be resolved directly with us, jurisdiction belongs to the competent court where the seller is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your home country.
